Returns
Standard Return Period
If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund this if returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note this excludes earrings, personalised and engraved pieces.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Warranty
All of our jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty, in which we are happy to exchange items with manufacturing faults free of charge.
Personalised items
Please note, personalised and engraved items are not eligible for return.
* We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
* Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information, even if you’ve received a free returns postage label.
Please make it clear on your returns form whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If wanting an exchange, please detail the product you wish to receive. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an email notifying you to make the additional payment. If the item you choose is lower in price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Once your return is back with us, please allow 2-3 working days for our team to process this.

Hassle-Free Returns
If you believe that the product you received is faulty (within two years of purchase) and you are considering an exchange or refund, please get in touch with our dedicated Customer Service Team directly, who would be happy to provide the necessary guidance.
Please provide your order number, email address linked to your Daisy account and a photo of the piece in question, so that we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
We understand that you may have purchased an item recently that has now been reduced in price, unfortunately this is just a case of bad timing. Every sale must have a start date right? Therefore sadly we cannot refund the difference in price if this occurs, we hope you understand.
Term and Condtions
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase. All of our prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees, United States Dollars or Euros depending on your location, and you will be invoiced in the currency according to your billing address.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the Pak, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (these would be supplied directly from us), which may apply to any, or certain, specified items on the website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discounts.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days maximum, unless outside of Europe, the Middle East or the US, or we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. Please note that during busy periods this may be extended.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
Items being sold online should be available in stock, but if an item has just sold out we will notify you of this and inform you by email of the delivery time (this can take from 3 to 8 weeks if it has to be re-ordered and made especially for you.)
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, EasyPaisa & Jazz Cash
You are entitled to return any item bought on liorax.com, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (less any postage/shipping charges).
Please note, earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable (unless faulty due to hygiene reasons).
We request that all items are returned in their original Daisy London packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn or used.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.
When returning items to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (e.g. TCS, Leopard or M&P) to ensure it is received.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via TCS, Leopard or M&P. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Liorax’s discretion.
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us on info@liorax.com to obtain free postage label.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.

Where possible, items will be replaced on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and depending on stock availability.

Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s card/method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Please note that if you pay fully by Gift Card, the amount paid can only be reimbursed as a Gift Card. If partial payment is made by Gift Card, the amount paid via your chosen payment method will be reimbursed first via the same payment method. Any remaining amount will then be recharged to your Gift Card.
Vouchers, earrings and customised products can not be replaced or returned.
Once your order has been refunded, you will receive a notification email.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges can be made for another style or a different ring size, depending on stock availability. Returns costs are not refunded but the first replacement item will be sent out free of charge.
Please note that all items are hand-crafted from natural materials and as such their composition and color may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colors accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true color of the jewelry will be exactly as shown.

We will email you once an order has been placed to remind you of what has been ordered. A further email is sent by Liorax to let you know your order has been dispatched. Depending on your chosen method of delivery, one of our partners assisting in the delivery of your jewelry will send you an email with tracking information so you can see where in transit your item is.
We send newsletters to customers and individuals who have given us permission to contact them. These are used to inform you about new launches, sales/special offers and information we think you’ll find interesting. It is easy to stop receiving these newsletters by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button found on the bottom of each communication we send.

By placing an order as a guest, your email will not be added to our database and therefore you will not be contacted with Liorax news, updates and special offers. If you would like to hear more from us, simply subscribe to our mailing list.

Our Materials
Our 18ct gold pieces are layered using a method called ‘electrolysis’ the gold bonds to the base metal with a thickness that's far above industry standard, this ensures your pieces last for years to come. For pieces that are a bit more vulnerable to wear and tear, such as our thin band rings, we add a layer of e-coating to ensure the gold keeps glowing.
We use freshwater pearls in the majority of our pearl pieces. Responsibly sourced to minimize impact on marine life, our freshwater pearls are cultivated in freshwater rivers and lakes. Some of our pearl pieces also feature shell pearls. These types of pearls are made from the inner lining of shells and are also known as mother of pearl. Ground, shaped then coated; shell pearls perfectly imitate those which are naturally formed. Designed with cost in mind, some of our pieces feature faux pearls. Made of acrylic or glass, these imitate natural pearls and look just as good as the real thing. We note in the details sections of our pearl pieces which are freshwater or faux pearls
Our semi-precious and precious gemstones are all sourced from India. Working with one of the leading suppliers in Jaipur, all the gemstones we source are supplied by a fully sustainable factory which is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council. Caring For Your Jewelry
Keep your jewelry clean by polishing every few months with a microfibre cloth, which can be found in our Jewellery Care Kit, along with a cleaning spray and soft brush. No chemicals should be used on gold plated jewelry. If you have silver jewelry you can use warm, soapy water - but be sure to let it dry after cleaning.
Our jewelry is designed to be worn everyday but to keep it looking its best, make sure to remove it any time you wash, exercise or sanitize. Keep exposure to soaps, perfumes, lotions, oils and chlorine to a minimum and do not submerge your pieces in water for long periods of time.
To ensure your jewelry looks its best store it in a clean and dry place, such as a jewelry box or a fabric-lined case. We advise keeping the same metals stored together as it helps prevent tarnishing. Explore our range of jewelry cases here.
Care for your gemstones, diamonds and pearls in exactly the same way as your other pieces. Ensure you store them properly, avoid chemical sprays, perfumes, fully submerging them in water and exposing them to bright light for a long period of time.
