International Destinations

Please note, these are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs processes or unexpected global events may affect the actual delivery time.

To our international customers, be aware that orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes in your country. These costs are not included in our free shipping and are your responsibility.

We process orders within 1-2 business days, but we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Lost/Missing Packages

Liorax is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking might be not available.

My tracking says "No Information available at the moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
